What is your return policy?
You may request a return within 31 days of receiving your order, as long as the item is in original packaging and resalable condition. Customized orders are not eligible for return. In some cases, we may offer a refund for custom items if specific conditions are met. Please refer to our Refund Policy for more details.
How do I initiate a return?
Just send us a quick email at [email protected] requesting a return. We’ll reply with the return instructions and the address.
Can I return used items?
We only accept returns of items that are unused and in perfect, resalable condition. This includes unopened packaging with no markings or damage. If an item is not in acceptable condition, we reserve the right to deny the refund.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 72 business hours.
Where will the refund go?
All refunds are issued back to your original payment method—no exceptions.
Do you charge restocking fees?
No, we do not charge any restocking fees.
Cancellations & Order Changes
What is your cancellation policy?
You may cancel your order if it hasn’t yet been processed by our fulfillment team. Our system is automated, and the processing window is very short, so cancellations are time-sensitive. If your order has already been processed or shipped, it must be returned after delivery under our return policy.
Can I add items to my existing order?
Unfortunately, we cannot modify orders once they are placed. If needed, you may request to cancel your current order (if it hasn’t shipped yet) and place a new one with the additional items.
