Because every kit is custom-designed and made-to-order, we begin production shortly after you complete your purchase. As a result, we do not accept cancellations, returns, or issue refunds once your order has been placed and processed.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, we’ll make it right.

- We’ll send a replacement of the same item at no extra cost to you.
