How much does shipping cost?

We ship worldwide for a flat-rate fee of $3–$5, depending on your location. There’s no minimum order required.

Why is my order incomplete?

If your order includes multiple items, they may be shipped separately from different warehouses. This helps us deliver items more efficiently based on availability. Don’t worry—your remaining items are on the way!

I didn’t receive my order

Cancellations & Returns

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes—as long as we haven’t processed or shipped your order yet. Email [email protected] immediately with your order number to request a change or cancellation.

Please note: A $5 cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund to cover processing costs.

How do I return an item?

If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, we’ll make it right.

Returned items must be unused and in original condition to qualify.
